Rebecca Kennedy’s Intermediate 5-Day Split Strength Program on Peloton – Peloton Buddy

Rebecca Kennedy has a new intermediate 5-day split strength training program released on Peloton today. These split strength programs are designed for you to relearn and repeat over the coming weeks so you can track your progress.

This isn’t the only new program out there – as Andy Speer also has a new 3-day advanced power split program.

Both programs are available for immediate implementation. Peloton no longer appears to create strength programs specifically for the Peloton Guide, as it did originally when the guide first launched.

Below, we’ll cover the full details of Rebecca’s new intermediate 5-day split strength training program, including a list of all the classes participating in the program.

The program was announced to be launching today earlier this month in a post from Peloton.

Here is the official description for “Rebecca’s Int. 5-Day Splits” from Peloton: “Maximize your workout by doing Splits with Rebecca! Increase strength and build muscle in this 1-week program using heavier weights and targeting specific areas of the body during each workout session. Repeat and track your progress!”

“Rebecca’s Int. 5-day split program badge

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find the full list here). You can receive a Bronze badge when you complete 3 classes, a Silver badge when you complete 4 classes, and a Gold badge when you complete 5 classes out of a total of 5 classes.

How to join Peloton Rebecca’s Int. The program is divided into 5 days

At the time of publication, programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes app, Tread, Peloton Digital, or the Peloton website. Just browse to the program area, look for Rebecca’s Int. Program Divide into 5 days and join the program. You can find and join the program on Peloton’s website here.
