Anjali suggests a few easy mini meal options that people can try and include in their meals. dietary habits when they are trying to lose weight.
*1 cup of soy milk almonds.
*Half a sandwich made from 1 slice of whole grain bread with one of the following fillings: shredded chicken, cucumber, tomato with chili sauce or Paneer.
*1 bowl of moong bean sprouts served with salad.
*A handful of peanuts and chana in a 1:1 ratio.
*Replace your rotis with wheat bran rotis and reduce the quantity of rotis to half your usual serving size.
